2. China Mobile APN Settings for iPhone 4S 5 5S 6 6S/ iPad:

Go to Settings-> General Settings-> Network->Turn ON Mobile Data Network (or Cellular Data Network)
Select Mobile Data Network (or Cellular Data Network) > APN and enter the following details


Cellular Data:
APN: cmnet
Username: Blank
Password: Blank
MMS:
APN: cmnet
Username: blank
Password: blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.monternet.com
MMS Proxy: 10.0.0.172
MMS Message Size: 1048576

3. Internet Settings for Windows 8 /Nokia Lumia 920, 1020, 720:

Go to Settings -> Access Point -> Add a New Profile, and enter the following details

Proxy address: Blank
Proxy port : Blank

Authentication Type: none

and save the settings and activate the newly added profile

  1. For some reason when I put these settings in my phone, the APN disappears. I can use the reset to defaults options to get it back, but then the settings aren't the same as yours listed.

    My problem is that after installing a VPN app that didn't work and uninstalling it, I can no longer use the internet which I always could before, I have tried the stock browser and dolphin HD. The weird thing is I can still use Skype and access the googleplay store.

    My phone is HTC Desire GSM (the UK one), running Cyanogenmod 7.

    Any ideas.
